In our current society, it seems to be common practice to juggle more than one person at a time for a relationship. Men have a tendency to try to date more than one woman at a time, trying to figure out which one is good for them. Some do this with the hopes of finding that right one. Others do it because they are greedy. I call it the F5 Syndrome. On a PC, the F5 button refreshes and updates the browser and other applications. With a man, he refreshes when he may grow tired of one female and moves to the next; or try’s to juggle them all at the same time. F5 stands for the 5 types of women a man may have in his rotation/life.
Typically a man tries to find all these attributes in one women. However, if he can’t he will juggle these five types at any given time, based on his needs at that time.
Friend – This is a young lady that is a true friend. Someone he can have a great time with. She is typically low maintenance. He can talk to her about anything. She has probably known him for some time.
Flirt – This female is one that shares flirtatious banter between the two of them. He may be just waiting for the chance for her to take him serious. More than likely he works with her. She flirts back but doesn’t follow through with her flirts.
Fun – Someone he has fun with all the time. She laughs at all his jokes. She makes him feel like he is the funniest man in the world. She plays video games, she likes sports, and she goes to concerts and loves hanging with him.
Freak – This young lady is always and readily available for physical interaction. Need I say more...?
Fund – This is the female that if he were ever to fall on hard times, she would be able to assist him financially.
This is my explanation of how several men juggle women based on their needs. He would like to have all these qualities in one woman however they rarely find it. Because of that, he feels that he is justified in his actions because no one person would be able to satisfy all these at once. He continues to juggle, always exercising his options, never really committing to one person. Many times some men look for an excuse or reason to have more than one woman. He searches for flaws and imperfections within a woman to justify not committing. He won’t tell her, he will just keep her on the rotation until he can find someone to replace her.
Be careful ladies, you might think you’re the only one when your actually one of many.
When it comes to engaging in new relationships, this has become common practice for both males and females. Some wanting to keep their options open; others wanting to be greedy never wanting to commit. Here is the thing about committing; it requires no plan B. Commitment is just that, the act of being committed. It’s hard to be committed when you’re looking to exercise your options. The difference between interest and commitment is; when you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it is convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results. The longer we stay on the fence about something or someone, the harder it will be to commit. Time and people are precious and valuable commodities. Why waste someone’s time if you’re not really interested. That is just selfish behavior. We can lose money and get it back, we can lose things and replace them. But time and people are two things if lost, you can’t replace. Don’t waste a person’s time if you have no intention on being committed to them. Bob Marley was recorded for saying, “The biggest coward of a man is to awaken the love of a woman without the intention of loving her”. This goes both for males and females in this day and time. When you find someone special, have No Plan B. The moment you have an option is the moment you have the tendency to take an option. Commitment is a key component to building a strong and valued relationship. If you find yourself as someone’s option, go ahead and make the choice for them. You are not a second option; either they choose you or they lose you.
